What does Uncle Jamal Sell?
Uncle Jamal sells huge quantities of brand new consumer electronics
equipment. Our stock changes daily. 99% of our stock is brand new
and guaranteed, exactly as you would expect from any high street
store. The other 1% comprises of the occasional end of lines and
graded stock, this is clearly indicated in the items description
in our store.
Is there a warranty on your goods?
There is at least a 12 month manufacturers' warranty on new items
we sell. Graded or used items still also come with some warranty.

How long will delivery take?
Order by 3pm and delivery is usually the next working day. We
use an expensive courier with an excellent reputation. If you need
your item guaranteed by a certain time or delivered on a Saturday,
this can be arranged as well - simply call our Hotline for more

Can I return faulty goods?
With all brand new electronic products, a 1% failure rate is common.
We are experienced in dealing with any problems that arise and
conform with the Distance Selling Directive. We offer an additional
14 day return policy and if your system is faulty we will replace
it and collect the old one at our cost.
